IT Support Specialist (July 2025 - Present)

  • Handled 500+ support issues ranging from simple account fixes to deeper troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, Apple Business Manager, Google Admin, 365, and Azure.
  • Locked down accounts and checked audit logs during security incidents; passed details to the SOC when needed.
  • Managed multiple Microsoft 365 tenants: user setup, permissions, email issues, Teams/SharePoint access, and license fixes.
  • Worked in Azure AD for group changes, role updates, sign-in problems, and identity cleanup.

Cyber Security Specialist (2023 - 2024)

  • Responded to a classified data incident and secured $60K worth of equipment within 24 hours.
  • Cleaned up more than 30,000 security findings and helped bring two networks from 47% to 99% compliance.
